To improve access to rehabilitation services following increased identification of children with disabilities through community outreach, Saadhya established two Early Intervention Sub-centres at Mariyammanahalli and Kamalapura with support from the Azim Premji Foundation.

The centres operate from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and provide community-based rehabilitation through full-time Special Educators and Caretakers, regular Physiotherapy services, and weekly Speech Therapy. By bringing services closer to families, the sub-centres have reduced travel barriers, improved service accessibility, and increased regular participation in early intervention programmes.
