SAADHYA Trust for Social Development® was established in 2016 with the mission of providing education, training, and rehabilitation for children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The Trust operates SAADHYA Residential School and Vocational Training Centre for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, dedicated to empowering differently-abled children through specialized education and skill development.

Our initiative began with the establishment of Special Schools in Hassan and Hosapete, Karnataka. Both institutions are recognized by the Department of Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens, Government of Karnataka, and strive to deliver high-quality special education, vocational training, and rehabilitation services to children with intellectual disabilities.

At both locations, many of the children we serve come from economically disadvantaged families, where there is limited awareness and access to special education and rehabilitation services. SAADHYA aims to bridge this gap by providing holistic support, including special education, therapy, sports, cultural activities, and vocational skill development, enabling children to become more independent and integrated into society.
