A highly active child with poor concentration, constant movement, impulsive behaviour, stubbornness, and difficulty following instructions. She frequently climbed walls, poles, and trees and rarely stayed indoors.
Difficulty interacting with peers, frequent temper outbursts, stubborn behaviour, limited academic skills, and required support with some personal care, including menstrual hygiene management.
Left-sided physical weakness affecting hand function and walking, independent in simple household tasks, and later enrolled in Saadhya School.
